Quickie Sweat with Frankie BOON TV

Pressed for time? Quickie Sweat is a 30 minute low-impact workout that still delivers the goods but in less of the time. Expect a mixture of low-impact HIIT, strength, Pilates & core-work. This cute session is a total body workout that’s easy on the joints. We will alternate eras each week 70s / 80s / 90s / 00s.  Say no more, let’s do this!

*Suitable for pre & post-natal (mods given) / low impact / no shoes*

Equipment: Fitness mat (towel sub) / hand-weights (tins sub) / resistance band or loop band (tights or tea-towel sub)
